What is CBD?
CBD, or cannabidiol, is a molecule found exclusively in members of the Cannabis genus. Classified as cannabinoids, these molecules are currently the focus of much scientific research taking place around the globe.
Not to be confused with THC, another well-known cannabinoid, CBD has generated much interest primarily due to its lack of psychoactive properties.

What are the differences between Marijuana and Hemp?
Marijuana is higher in THC and lower in CBD. Hemp is higher in CBD and at or below 0.3% in THC. Both Marijuana and Hemp are members of the Cannabis family.
Is Hemp Oil the same as CBD?
CBD and Hemp Oil are not the same thing! Cannabidiol (BCD) is the actual active ingredient that is derived from the cannabis plant. In contrast, Hemp Oil is derived from the seeds of the plant and on its own does not contain CBD or other cannabinoids in any detectable or efficacious amount.
Is CBD legal?
Yes. The 2018 Farm Bill federally removed the hemp plant and its derivatives from the US Controlled Substances Act and provided for these products to be shipped and sold across state lines. Check your local laws as they can vary drastically.

What’s the difference between CBD distillate and CBD isolate?
